Last Wednesday, Jay Rebbeck of Rebbeck Consulting presented an interesting webinar on Performance Management Excellence aimed at Primary Health Networks. Jay emphasised the importance of aligning provider performance with the quadruple aims of healthcare. The webinar acknowledged that while performance management with PHN’s was largely activity or outputs-based at the moment, it was important to move to an outcomes based framework.
