We have been looking at ways that we might be able to support you with the COVID-19 response and share learnings around. We have had a few suggestions come through from you and our WFH team (Yes, we are all working from home now) have put together some Folio Templates to help with two things, Supplier Readiness Audit and Visitor, Staff and Contractor Registrations. Here are some details on the two tools that we have worked on. We also have variants that are specific to our clients delivering Health-related services.
A COVID-19 Supplier Readiness Audit
This tool is ideal for our clients looking to conduct a COVID-19 Supplier Readiness Audit. You will need Folio Lite Users to send this checklist out to Service Providers.
Here are some of the question you could ask:
- Can your organisation operate from another site / remotely or via telehealth in part or whole?
- Do you have a business continuity plan in place?
- Do you maintain an event log?
- Have you appointed a controller/spokesperson (single source of truth)?
- Have you appointed others to the BCP/Incident Response Team?
- Does your Organisation have confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19?
- Have you briefed your team members on incident/situation?
- Have you contacted key stakeholders?
- Have you contacted the media or arranged a public response to the media?
- Have you identified and complied with any regulatory / compliance requirements?
- Have you kept your staff informed?

Visitor and Supplier Registrations
If your suppliers and service providers provide services onsite, you need to know:
- Who has COVID-19?
- Who has come into contact with someone who has had COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
- Who has some symptoms and is not sure what to do?
We have built out a COVID-19 – Service Provider and Visitor Registration Folio Template. Once you configure the template and activate it in your Folio instance, you can share the link to this template by emailed to all your service providers before the see patients and to your visitors before they meet your staff or visit your offices.
To use this registration form, a visitor or a service provider does not need a user license. This form can be published on your website or shared via a link.
