We are super excited that our February 2021 release is now live. Here are the big highlights:
Contract Variations: Folio now includes a feature that enables Organisations to handle the contract variation and/or extension process from a request for a variation, through to variation approval and generation of variation documents.
Automated Checklist Scoring: Folio Checklists are a versatile survey and questionnaire functionality. The Checklists are used in a wide range of applications from Work Health and Safety Inspections and Workplace Audits to Supplier and Service Provider Surveys on topics such as Performance and Modern Slavery Compliance. Checklists now include automated scoring which feeds into an enterprise-wide indicator dashboard.
API: We have also released a new GraphQL based API. This API will enable users to create new records within Folio, it’s uses include incident forms and complaint forms on an Organisation’s website or intranet that can directly feed into Folio when an issue is reported.
