Once you have signed up for Folio, having a structured implementation approach is vital to ensuring a successful implementation. We recently developed a webinar for Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Network (CESPHN) who were moving reporting for over 100 Providers to Folio.
Our Folio implementation team worked closely with CESPHN to develop exactly the right message for their providers. The focus was on giving providers context of why they would be using Folio and then showing them how to use Folio. Here is the webinar that was produced for CESPHN.
