In support of the Department of Health’s Tranche 1 and Tranch 2 requirements for PHNs to distribute PPE equipment (surgical masks, P2/N95 respirators) to health related organisations in the community, the Folio Team have created a web form that you can use. This form is a public link that you can put on your website or within your Folio lite user portal and is a quick and easy way to capture and review the requests for PPE distribution.
