Folio access was lost by some customers due to an issue with Oracle DynDNS where the name servers stopped responding. Service was restored at 11:45AM.
A background processing node was unable to process jobs and this caused issues with public links and approvals. It also caused delays with email notifications
Our production server was unable to serve traffic for 12 minutes from 10:48 AM to 11:00 AM. A service was identified as unhealthy and required to be restarted.
